Delicious vegan food...
Pad Thai Kung Pao with Cashews Both of these wonderfully delicious meals were served at the Loving Hut restaurant located in Addison, Texas. My husband has missed Pad Thai more than almost any other food after switching to the vegan diet. He told me this Pad Thai was better than any Pad Thai he ever ate!! My Kung Pao was excellent and was a large enough serving to take half home for lunch the next day. The Spring Rolls were the best we have ever tasted. That is, of course, why they were already eaten before I pulled out my phone to take pictures of the food. I highly recommend you stop by the next time you are in the area. You won't regret it.
